The main ingredient of this smoothie is Dragon fruit which has a surprising number of phytonutrients. Rich in antioxidants, they contain vitamin C (equivalent to 10 percent of the daily value), polyunsaturated (good) fatty acids, and several B vitamins for carbohydrate metabolism, as well as carotene and protein. My daughter, Bonita, created this drink and she named it the “Kick Your Dragon A$$” Smoothie.
What you’ll need:
1/2 cup-diced dragon fruit
1/2 cup-diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup-Blueberries
1/2 cup-diced mangos
1/2 cup – unsweetened almond milk.
(2-3) – ice cubes
